Normally, an experience at a car dealership is frustrating at best, and a trek through hell at worst. Which is what made my time at TCA Auto so pleasantly surprising. It all started with my salesman Chase. Remember that name, when you come here, he's the one you need to personally request. I came in about 3 weeks ago inquiring about a car. We did all the preliminary steps, and then I was the annoying client who needed to "think about it". There was never any pressure whatsoever. Just understanding and an eagerness to listen to and address any of my concerns. About a week later, he called me. We talked and decided to grab a bite to eat to talk things over. This impressed me beyond belief. Never would've expected a "car salesman" to give that kind of personal touch outside of business hours. That's when I knew I was definitely going to buy a car from this place, and this guy specifically. Fast forward to today. I come in and we do all the normal steps. When it came to financing, the good surprises continued. Chase helped me through the whole process and missed potential business. They hit the phones to make sure that they did the absolute best for me and the car I'm driving is a clear reflection of the effort that was put in. My credit is challenged, but Chase worked different lenders to get me the best deal. Words can't express how great this experience was for me. If you're considering getting a car in this quality tier, do yourself a favor and come take a look. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product, price you'll pay, along with the unparalleled customer service for the auto industry. And seriously, ask for Chase Brown.

This was my first purchase from TCA Auto and I was very impressed with the customer service from the moment I walked into the dealership to driving away in "new" used car. I received a friendly message from Jave after I expressed interest in purchasing a car online. He communicated regularly with me about the various options and benefits of TCA Auto and encouraged a visit to learn more about the car. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They have a vapor shop inside the dealership also, so I picked up some juice as well. Jave did not push me to purchase and listened when I explained my budget goals etc. When I did decide on the Altima, Jave was very patient explaining the process from beginning to end including associated costs. Nothing was a surprise. I felt comfortable with Jave and was able to get all of my questions answered without feeling intimidated or rushed. Even after the sale was made, Jave called me to see how I was liking my Altima. I strongly recommend working with Jave as he is trustworthy and approachable. I felt that he treated me fairly and everything was transparent.

I had this long drawn out story of a review all planed out, I figured I would just cut the chase. I bought a car a week ago from TCA Auto, my initial contact was with Chase. From the minute I walked in Jave took great care of me. Chase, Kim, Jave and the rest of the people are more then just sales guys, they're car guys and most importantly easy to talk to and work with guys. I didn't feel pressured and most importantly I didn't feel like I was being "SOLD" I felt like I was having a conversation with everyday guys. After my purchase which took place about an hour after I walked in, Chase has followed up with me via email and phone to make sure I have been completely happy with my STI. It's nice for a change to get more than you expect from a car dealership. Absolutely great customer service!

I just purchased a used 2006 Chevy Colorado Extreme from TCA Auto, and I am very pleased. There was no going back and forth, everything was to the point and they gave me a better deal than I expected. I was very impressed with the salesman Chase who was very nice and professional, he did not make me feel pressured at all. What was nice was Chase handled the financing as well. I love my car and will be back for my next purchase. Their overall customer service was very good.
